Honor Their Sacrifice. Support Those Left Behind.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

This Memorial Day, we’re taking on the Murph Challenge not just as a physical test, but as an act of remembrance and generosity. We’re raising funds in support of Gold Star Mothers — an organization dedicated to supporting the mothers and families of U.S. service members who have lost their lives in service to the nation.

You can help by making a donation, sharing the cause, or even joining us in the challenge.

What’s the Murph?

A tribute workout named after Lt. Michael P. Murphy, the Murph consists of:

  • 1 mile run

  • 100 pull-ups

  • 200 push-ups

  • 300 squats

  • 1 mile run

(Optionally with a 20lb vest — or scaled to your level)

Whether you do the full version or a modified one, it’s about showing up with heart.

How You Can Help

  • Make a donation to support Gold Star Mothers and the families they serve - Click here and select “Murph - Gold Star Mothers”

  • Share this fundraiser with your community

  • Join the challenge — train with us or take it on wherever you are

If you’re interested in participating, we’d love to hear from you. Email Paul and he’ll keep you in the loop as plans come together.

Why It Matters

Memorial Day isn’t just a long weekend — it’s a moment to remember the cost of service and to stand beside those who continue to carry that weight. Your support helps honor the fallen and uplift those left behind.

Let’s do something meaningful together.
