New Weekly Class - Mind Training and Meditation
Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm
Learn the mind training (Tib. Lojong) techniques through which we can overcome our selfish tendencies and begin to live a kind life. The lojong is sometimes referred to as the secret practice of Mahayana Buddhism as its practice cultivates the mind of enlightenment, the wish to become a Buddha for the benefit of all beings.
Each class will include periods of guided meditation. Classes are led by Roz and will based on the Seven Points of Mind Training. You can book here.
