Saturdays 9-10 am

These classes are for those new to Buddhism and experienced practitioners:

  • Foundations - an introduction to the history and core teachings of Buddhism, such as impermanence, karma and rebirth.

  • The Mind of Enlightenment - how to generate the altruistic wish to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of others.

  • Buddhist Philosophy and the Vajrayana - the Buddhist view of the ultimate nature of reality and the Vajrayana, the most powerful meditation practices taught by the Buddha.

Analytical meditation is an essential element of any serious system of practice and these classes explain these techniques. There is also time to discuss the topics in detail and any questions you may have.
