Buddhist Mind Training

This class offers in depth exploration of the mind training (Tib. Lojong) techniques which Mahayana Buddhist practitioners engage with to transform the ordinary neurotic mind into the mind of radical altruism that is the heart of the mind of enlightenment (Skt. bodhichitta).

This class covers three key works: The Seven Points of Mind Training, The Eight Verses of Mind Training, and The Thirty Seven Practices of a Buddha’s Child. Texts are taught on a line by line basis and presented through various commentaries.

This class is for committed Buddhist practitioners who have taken refuge. Email Roz for further details.
