Calm Abiding Meditation

Mondays 6.30-7.30 pm

Calm abiding meditation is a Buddhist practice of calming the mind by one-pointed concentration on the breath. This simple but powerful practice helps you develop a clear, relaxed and stable state of mind.

Meditation classes are led by experienced meditation instructors and start with a guided meditation of 15-20 minutes, a short break for questions and then a further 15-20 minutes of meditation practice. Led by Miranda.
