Blessing our Sakya Center Retreat Land, November 2022

During the visit to LA, Lama Jampa and Dechen Dolma visited Tepusquet, the retreat land recently purchased by the Sakya Buddhist Center in the Central Coast.

They were given a tour of the site of fifty acres of land in the Los Padres National Forest by sangha. Lama Jampa blessed the land and retreat cabin and led a Green Tara puja and prayers to the Sakya Protectors. He was very happy with the land and existing cabin as the foundation for future developments.

On Wednesday November 2, Lama Jampa and Dechen Dolma departed for Sakya Dolma Ling in Mexico City where he is continuing his teaching tour of North America.
